SCOTT@SUNSET There is something sacred about a sunset; the stillness, the beauty, the quiet confirmation that you are exactly where you’re meant to be. “Scott @ Sunset” represents more than a moment. It reflects a love refined by faith, anchored in friendship, and elevated through intentional partnership. What began as a meaningful connection has evolved into a union defined by purpose, alignment, and unwavering commitment. Guided by prayer and surrounded by a strong foundation of family and friends, we have been blessed with a love that feels both peaceful and powerful, one that continues to grow with grace and intention. On February 12, 2027, we will gather in a beautiful destination to exchange vows before God and in the presence of those who have been our anchor and support. Together, we will celebrate not just a wedding, but the merging of two lives, one vision, and a future filled with promise. This is the beginning of something timeless. Your confirmed room reservation will serve as your official RSVP for our wedding celebration. https://www.wetravel.com/i/69cf29a82f18450718c7cbc8?wwpath=www.theknot.com%2Fus%2Fkevin-scott-and-candace-blue-feb-2027

Our Wedding

Love, for us, is a quiet and intentional choice. It is found in listening ears and soft whispers. In laughter that comes easily and in the stillness where nothing else exists but the two of us. We have learned to love again with open hearts, to walk forward in faith with purpose, and to embrace each day with trust and grace. What we share is gentle yet certain. A rhythm of growth, understanding, and shared purpose that continues to deepen with time. With full hearts, we step into this chapter grateful for a love that feels both peaceful and profound, knowing the most meaningful moments are the ones we experience together. “I have found the one whom my soul loves.”~Song of Solomon 3:4

Things to Do in Cancun

Make the Most of Your Trip 🌴 We’re so excited you’re joining us in Cancun! Whether you’re turning this into a full vacation or just sneaking in a little adventure between wedding events, there’s no shortage of incredible things to do. Here are some of our favorite ways to explore, relax, and enjoy your time in paradise.

Beach + Pool Time (A Must)

Let’s be honest… this is why you’re here. Spend your days soaking up the sun, floating in the pool, or grabbing a drink and doing absolutely nothing. Cancun’s beaches are known for their crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand—perfect for unwinding before the big day. Pro tip: Sunrise beach walks > everything.

Explore Mayan Ruins

If you’re up for a little adventure, the ancient Mayan ruins are unforgettable. Top options:Chichén Itzá – One of the New Seven Wonders of the WorldTulum Ruins – Cliffside ruins overlooking the oceanCobá – Climbable pyramid surrounded by jungle

Snorkeling + Water Adventures

Cancun is packed with water activities if you’re feeling adventurous: Snorkel or scuba dive along the Mesoamerican ReefTake a boat to Isla Mujeres for a day tripSwim in cenotes (natural freshwater sinkholes—super cool experience)Jet ski, parasail, or book a catamaran cruise

Spa + Relaxation

Need a reset before wedding festivities? Book a massage, facial, or full spa day at your resort. Many spas offer oceanfront treatments, hydrotherapy circuits, and couples packages. Highly recommend: doing absolutely nothing for at least one afternoon.

Nightlife + Entertainment

If you’re ready to turn it up a little: Coco Bongo – Famous high-energy show + nightclubBeach clubs and rooftop bars throughout the Hotel ZoneLive music, DJs, and dancing just about everywhere

Quick Tips for Your Trip

Bring sunscreen (reef-safe if possible!)Stay hydrated—it’s hot and humidUse pesos or cards, but small cash is helpfulPlan at least one activity… and one day to do nothing

Most Important Thing

We’re just excited to celebrate with you 🤍 Whether you spend your time exploring ruins, lounging by the pool, or dancing all night, Cancun is all about enjoying the moment.

Things to Do

Registry

Semi-Formal: (Soft Neutral Elegance - sand, champagne, nude, soft beige or caramel). Please join us in wedding elegance with a refined, climate-appropriate approach: that is comfortable and suitable for dancing. Gentlemen: lightweight suits or linen blazers with dress shirts. Ladies: cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or tailored jumpsuits in breathable fabrics; low-to-mid heels, wedges, or dressy sandals recommended. Light layers are advised for evening breezes; choose sun-friendly fabrics and breathable shoes for comfort throughout the celebration. Events will "not" take place on the sand!
